EcoMelt Bio

The worlds first biodegradable adhesive! Suitable for use in the packaging industry, EcoMelt Bio has good wet tack characteristics and exhibits excellent final bond strength characteristics. The adhesive is formed from a thermoplastic by product of the Kraft pulping process and a biodegradable synthetic polymer. Food packaging currently only the cardboard biodegrades and is compostable and not the adhesive – until now! We are the first globally to have done this.
